Individual Therapy

• I charge $190 per 50-minute session
• I am out of network for all insurance companies
• Costs to go out of network can be minimal and similar to what you would pay an in-network provider
• You are responsible for the full payment at each session. I am happy to submit claims to your insurance company to simplify the process
• All insurance plans, with the exception of HMOs and Medicare, will reimburse for my services regardless of whether or not I am in their network
• Sessions are offered in-person or via telehealth
